Responsibilities:

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities to facilitate sales processes and achieve targets.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide necessary information.
- Quoting and Proposal Creation: Prepare and send price quotations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Order Processing: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software with relevant client information and interactions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for analysis and improvement purposes.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

- B2B Sales Experience
- Communication Skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Resourcefulness and ability to think on your feet to address challenges and overcome obstacles.
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
