- Tecvesten Consulting, a Zoho Authorized Partner, is seeking a go-getter and results-driven Partnership coordinator to elevate our partnership with OEM and drive mutual growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strategically managing our relationship with OEM's, ensuring we meet and exceed the requirements for higher partnership tiers, and fostering collaboration with internal teams to deliver projects and solutions to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of partnership management to advance their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Strategize to improve and maintain partnerships with OEMs.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners.
- Oversee and coordinate project deliveries to customers.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Set and monitor KPIs to align with partnership goals.
- Analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Act as a go-between for internal teams and partners.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with partners and teams.
- Keep detailed records of partnership agreements and projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Note - We don't have Work from Home policy. Alternative Saturday's are working in a month.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in management, technology, or a related field preferred.

**Skills**:
- Knowledge of partnership management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good to have knowledge or experience on Zoho products.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools.
