Job Title: CRM Executive
Key Responsibilities
- **Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, addressing their concerns and feedback promptly.
- Facilitate parent-teacher meetings and other school events to enhance community engagement.
- **Communication**:
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information regarding school activities, policies, and updates.
- Develop newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
- **Admissions and Enrollment**:
- Assist with the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and providing information about the school’s programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment and manage the CRM database.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:
- Gather feedback from parents and students to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience for students and parents.
- Conduct surveys and analyze data to measure satisfaction and identify trends.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience in handling parent and student interactions and resolving conflicts.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of empathy and patience.
