**Profile**:
- **CRM** Executive.
**Location **- Thane
- Doing cold calling.
- Following up with customers.
- managing customer relationships, ensuring sales growth.
- Manage the Customer Service operations by overseeing the customer feedback and compliant processes and thus provide support to various departments to resolve the same within timelines.
- Ensure that service issues are solved within a stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and quality service is delivered to the customers.
- Provide insights into customer needs during the development of customer loyalty/ retention schemes.
- Provide support in various operations and activities.
- Regularly interact with end customers for understanding their requirements, aspirations and expectations.
- Data management, feedback management
- Client Coordination, Correspondence & Documentation
**Job Types**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹ **15,000.00** per month **TO **₹ **25,000.00** per month
**Schedule**:
- 9:00 AM. TO 7:00 PM.
**REQUIREMENT**:
- Customer Relation handling Minimum experience-3-5yrs
**Expertise in **Skilled comp user like M**S words, excel**, crm prgm, etc.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Language**:
- HINDI / MARATHI / English (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
