**Experience Required**: 5-8 years

As an Assistant Team Lead of the Creative Team at Adsparkx, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our lead generation and performance advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing content strategizing, production, delivery, and analysis, as well as managing a team of creative professionals to deliver compelling content that converts. In addition, you will collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless execution and foster positive relationships between the creative department and other teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy and Production**:Develop and execute content strategies for lead generation and performance advertising campaigns. Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- **Social Media, Branding, and PR**:Take ownership of our organization's social media presence, branding, and public relations efforts to enhance our visibility and reputation in the market.
- **Event Planning**:Collaborate with the HR team to strategize and plan events that align with our marketing objectives and contribute to our brand's growth.
- **Collaboration and Insights**:Work closely with different teams to gather insights and feedback on the performance of content produced. Use this data to refine strategies and campaigns.
- **Ideation and Brainstorming**:Lead ideation sessions and brainstorming activities with the creative team to generate innovative ideas that drive campaign success.
- **Team Management**:Manage and motivate a team of creative professionals, ensuring their productivity is enhanced. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- **Ad Strategizing**:Research and introduce new directions and strategies for advertising campaigns to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise within the creative team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Innovative Content**:Drive the creation of compelling and innovative content that captivates audiences and contributes to campaign success.
- **Process Improvement**:Maintain and create processes and structures that streamline creative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor the overall quality of the agency's creative output and provide direction and leadership to maintain high standards.
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**:Foster positive relationships between the creative department and other teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications (Personality/Attributes/Traits)**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in performance marketing and content strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
