We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Basic Data Entry and Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:
Accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets and other databases.

Perform basic data cleaning and validation tasks to maintain data integrity.

Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as needed.

Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.

Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks and projects efficiently.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Previous experience in data entry or office administration is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
