Job Description: As a Tele Sales / Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Morning Meetings: Attend daily briefings to discuss targets and strategies. - Lead Management: Utilize CRM software for tracking and managing leads. - Calling Interested Leads: Engage with potential clients through outbound calls. - Follow-Up Calls & WhatsApp: Maintain communication with leads to nurture relationships. - Client Meetings: Invite clients to the office for in-person discussions. - Closing Sales: Convert prospects into customers and handle fee collection. - Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets consistently. - Adhere to SOPs: Follow standard operating procedures and HR policies. - Closing Meetings: Conduct final meetings to wrap up sales processes.
