Administrative Support:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Office Management:

- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Communication and Correspondence:

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication within the office.
- Assist in managing and tracking office expenses and budgets.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements.

Human Resources Support:

- Assist in HR-related activities such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
- Support in coordinating interviews and recruitment activities.

Event Coordination:

- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including catering, venue, and materials.

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year
