**About Conduent**:

- Must have strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), testing methodologies, programming languages, and software development tools
- Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards
- Defining project requirements, estimating timelines and resources, choosing appropriate SDLC methodologies, and managing project documentation
- Reviewing and improving existing SDLC processes, identifying and implementing new tools and technologies, and ensuring efficient collaboration between teams
- Ensuring the software development process adheres to relevant regulations and industry best practices
- Providing training to developers and other team members on SDLC procedures, facilitating communication between different teams, and documenting processes for future reference
