**Operational Oversight**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives and vision.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments and functions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities, to support operational activities and achieve organizational goals.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
- Implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures to ensure consistency and reliability in operations.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Foster collaboration and communication across departments and functions to promote synergy and alignment in achieving organizational objectives.
- Work closely with other senior executives, including the CEO, to develop and execute strategic initiatives and projects.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Establish and monitor risk management protocols, compliance standards, and contingency plans to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.
- **Performance Management**:

- Establish performance targets and benchmarks for operational excellence and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Provide leadership and direction to department heads and operational teams, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for results.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Ensure that operational activities are aligned with customer needs and expectations, delivering products and services of the highest quality and value.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan and objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on operational expertise and market insights.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and initiatives, driving execution and delivering results.
- **Change Management**:

- Lead organizational change initiatives and manage transitions effectively, ensuring smooth implementation and minimizing disruption to operations.
- Communicate changes, objectives, and expectations clearly to employees and stakeholders, fostering buy-in and engagement.
- **Leadership and Development**:

- Provide strong leadership and direction to the operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop staff, identifying talent, and providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
