**JD Sales Support Executive**:

- Review and analyse previous quotations and pricing before sending a new Proforma Invoice (PI) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, utilizing active listening and probing techniques.
- Cultivate sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using appropriate methods and tools, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits.
- Follow up to ensure complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized document filing.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Customers, Sales Representatives, Inventory Managers, and Suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of activities and timely resolution of issues.
- Follow up with customers to obtain purchase orders (POs) and other necessary documents to facilitate order processing.
- Take responsibility for timely collection of payments from customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and prepare reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
