**Job Title**: Field Sales Representative - Solar Energy Products

**Location**: Flexible (Field-based role requiring travel)

Join our team at, a leading provider of solar panels, batteries, and related energy solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive B2B sales and expand our client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field-based B2B sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Travel up to 50% to meet with clients and prospects.
- Identify and engage potential clients, building and nurturing relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Present our range of solar energy products and services to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and cost savings.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of sold solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, including extensive travel.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
