Sales Executive
- Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.

Generating new leads.

Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.

Understanding customer’s requirements by asking questions and fixing a meeting or demo.

Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.

Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances.

Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.

Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.

**Requirements**:
1-2 + years of experience as a tele caller or any similar role.

Graduation or equivalent, preferably MBA in sales and marketing.

Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales target.

Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.

Efficient with English and Hindi.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
