**Reporting Manager - Assistant Director Sales**
**5 days working, off basis roaster.**
**Job Responsibilities:
- **
- Manage the leads by answering queries and counselling for the courses provided, leading to conversion.
- Advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
- End-to-end sales closure as per the assigned targets.
- Manage the document compliance relevant to admission process.
- Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback to generate reports.
- Maintain call conversation ratio.
- Analyse sales insights on acceptor and rejector criteria.
- Regular feedback on leads.
- Referral generation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales aptitude.
- Approachable and vibrant personality.
- Persuasive and persistent in approach.
- Ability to handle any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
