Receptionist Sales Associate

**Introduction**: Fourbrick, a vibrant and growing co-working space, is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist cum Sales Associate. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service while also driving sales. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in shaping their first impressions of our space and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist visitors in finding their way around the office; help them get settled if they are using temporary or co-working space.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- **Sales Responsibilities**:
- Provide information and tours to potential clients about co-working memberships, benefits, and services.
- Encourage potential clients to sign up for memberships or book space through effective communication and sales tactics.
- Assist with the processing of sales transactions and memberships.
- Follow up on leads generated by walk-ins or online inquiries.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Schedule appointments, maintain an organized filing system, and update member records as needed.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting with client needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere in the co-working space to ensure a pleasant experience for all members and visitors.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration or sales is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
