Office Administrator

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Greet and welcome visitors, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
Coordination with clients and other stakeholders of the company.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide administrative support and assist team members whenever necessary.
Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience in Front Office Management, Office Administration**,** office assistant, or other relevant roles.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures, practices, and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Customer service oriented and Problem solving skills.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Front Office or Office Administration or similar position.
- Graduation is compulsory. Preferably B. Com/BBA.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
