We are looking for a **AGM - Sales & Marketing (Real Estate) **from the Real Estate Industry who will act as a driving force for the team and maximize the overall performance of the team and increase efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensuring adequate inquiries and interest from the market concerning the assigned prospect base.
- Allocation of prospect base to team members.
- Developing proposals.
- Achieving individual targets.
- Managing forecast projections.
- Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.
- Developing a strong understanding of client/prospect requirements and strategic objectives from the transaction.
- Maintaining strong relationships with Channel partners and appropriate teams.
- Ensuring all exercises are implemented for all aspects of the transactions.
- Taking transactions to closure.
- Creating all reports required by the client and management.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Required 5 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances.
- Good team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
