**Job Summary**: The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, facilitating communication between internal departments and external clients, and assisting with the coordination of sales-related activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

2. **Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

4. **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

5. **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.

6. **Sales Reporting**: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide management insights.

7. **Sales Meetings Coordination**: Schedule and organize sales meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.

8. **Collaboration with Marketing**: Coordinate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives, including promotional campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.

9. **Customer Feedback**: Collect and compile customer feedback and inquiries, sharing relevant information with the sales and product development teams for continuous improvement.

10. **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the sales department, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
