**Job Title: Sales Executive** **Job Overview**: The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and effectively selling our products/services. This position involves a combination of strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship management to meet and exceed sales targets. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach. 2. **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services. 3. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 4. **Sales Negotiation**: Conduct negotiations to close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. 5. **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales activities. 6. **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly. 7. **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals. 8. **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. **Qualifications**: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation. 5. Ability to understand client needs and present effective solutions. 6. Strong negotiation and closing skills. 7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. **Preferred Skills**: 1. Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of client needs. 2. Sales or business-related certifications. 3. Experience with B2B sales. Minimum qualification required : Graduation Experience - 1 to 3 years Salary: 20k to 25k take home.
