As a **Telecalling Sales Executive**, you'll play a key role in driving growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls, presenting innovative services, and closing deals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate proactive outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and showcasing our services.

- **Achieve Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, with the opportunity to earn attractive commissions and incentives.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and successful sales to support data-driven strategies.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring quick resolutions to maintain satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: Experience in sales is beneficial, but we also welcome enthusiastic individuals ready to contribute to a startup environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively connect with customers.
