**Junior Curriculum Executive**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts and writers to create training curriculum, lesson plans, content, assessments
- Create learning props and engagement techniques for training
- Measure and review learning assessments of children in schools
- Master the Kreedo philosophy and material presentations
- Participate in the development and finalization of instructional materials

**Educational Qualifications, work experience & certification**
- Bachelor’s Degree and above OR Diploma in Early Education OR Teacher training
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in training sector
- Experience in early education (preferred)
- A certification in Montessori Method (preferred)

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Keen observational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Knowledge**:
**Tools**:

- Documentation software: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or LibreOffice
- Online/virtual conferencing tools (Google Meet/Zoho Meeting/Zoom)
- Creating presentations, learning props, interactive activities as part of trainings
- Working knowledge of early childhood education curriculum frameworks, instruction strategies and curriculum development

**Abilities**:

- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work with teams or individuals with a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and online
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to quickly adapt and align to Kreedo approach, culture and thought process
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.

**Work Conditions & Environment**

**- **8.5 hours a day

**- **6 days a week (2 Saturdays working /2Saturdays)

**- **Travel - Yes, occasionally on need basis
