**Position Overview**:As a Customer Support Executive at Kravito, you play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our service. You are the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upholding our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**: Efficiently manage and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with delivery partners and restaurants to resolve any order-related discrepancies or delays.
**Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues. This may include refund processing, replacement orders, or providing compensation as appropriate, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
**Menu and Restaurant Information**: Stay informed about the menus and offerings of partner restaurants. Assist customers in making informed choices and provide recommendations when needed.
**Technical Support**: Assist customers with technical issues related to the Kravito app or website, including troubleshooting login problems, payment issues, or app functionality.
**Feedback Collection**: Actively gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in service quality. Report recurring issues to management for process optimization.
**Compliance and Policies**: Ensure that all customer interactions adhere to company policies, including privacy and security standards. Maintain a strong knowledge of company policies and procedures.
**Data Entry and Documentation**: Accurately record and document customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the company's customer support system. Maintain organized records for future reference and reporting.
**Cross-functional Communication**: Collaborate with other departments, such as delivery operations, marketing, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations and swift issue resolution.
**Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service. Participate in training programs and actively seek opportunities for self-improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Good communication skills In English, Hindi & Telugu both verbal and written.
- Ms office added an advantage
- Empathy and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency to navigate support tools and systems.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹ 9,000.00 - ₹ 15,000.00 per month
