**Professional Qualifications: ITI Welder with IBR certification**

**Essential: Experience in CFBC Boiler maintenance work with IBR welder certification.**

**Preferably: ITI Welder (With IBR certification) with 8 to 10 Yrs of experience.**

**Professional Experience description**:

- Analyse breakdowns & implement corrective actions.
- Help in Preparation of annual budget and monitoring the expenditure as per plan.
- Help in to maintain inventory, plan and consume spares optimally, reviewing and identifying need for developing new spares. Preparing drawing and specifications and obtaining best available in the market as per specific need.
- Supervise day to day maintenance activities and Interact with operation department for the day to day activities.
- Help in entry of Data & History in SAP and to comply fully to the various need of SAP PM module like PM compliance, BOM updating & Why-why analysis as well as various KPI reports.
- To ensure full compliance to safety in all respect for all maintenance jobs. To achieve the target of zero harm and injury incident on sustainable basis through effective safety practice and developing environment for the same at workplace.

**Maintenance of Boiler, Steam Line, APH, Economiser, Superheaters, Water wall panels, Steam Drum, IBR valves, Safety Valves, Main steam stop valves, NRVs, Emergency relief valves, Motorised valves, Diesel pumps, Oil firing system, Dampers, Spring hanger supports, U beam, Pressure parts, and Coal feeding system**

**Help for Execution of Shutdown along with Material and Manpower to complete the shutdown with in time (As per plan)**

**Help in Hazard identification and risk analysis of day to day as well as shutdown/ breakdown activities**

**Help in Analysis of breakdowns & implementation of corrective actions.**

**Help in Conditioning monitoring by thickness mapping and physical inspection of equipment and pressure parts and corrective actions as required**

**Awareness about WCM activities to implement at site**

**Positive approach towards Safety for Implementation of Safety culture at site to achieve Zero Incident at site**

**JOB PROFILE**:
Maintenance of Boiler, Turbine, pressure parts, Steam line, integral/non-integral piping of power plant and ash handling system of 2X25 MW coal based Power plant. To plan and execute various types of maintenance activities for IBR related work of pressure parts at TPP specially for Boiler, Turbine, Steam line, Feed water line, HP and LP Heaters, Steam Drum, Deaerator, IBR valves, Safety Valves, Main steam stop valves, Emergency relief valves, Motorised valves, ESP, Diesel pumps, Oil firing system, Dampers, Spring hanger supports, U beam, Pressure parts and Coal feeding system.
- KRA 1: Availability of Thermal Power Plant RC4 TPP by 100%. Availability of Boiler, ESP,AHP & Coal feeding over Bunker equipment by Predictive & Preventive maintenance. To execute the daily work activities with Safety and conducting Job specific tool box talk. Monitoring and closing the abnormalities in the field at Boiler, Turbine, WTP and AHP area to assist the Section Engineer. Assistance in Annual Shut down planning and execution of as per schedule.
- KRA 2: To participate for achieving KPIs / QCDIP as per unit targets, implementing criteria’s of various KFA at GRT - kaizen, abnormality, suggestions, model area, 5s mega cleaning, audits, etc. To maintain ISO documentations and fulfil requirements within section. To implement SAP systems at unit for respective area - why why, abnormalities, data entry, PM checks, etc. Utilization PMI by 100%.
- KRA 3: To assist in implementation of Confined space, Work ast Height and Work at Hot work activities at unit as per action plan. Safety systems implementation at unit.
