**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the right products
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Process transactions using Tally and other point-of-sale systems
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store meets sales goals and targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail sales role, preferably with Tally experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
