**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry
- Contacts prospective clients about products and policies.
- Meets with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing business.
- ** Explains NPS/insurance policies** and products to potential and existing clients
- Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing NPS accounts & insurance policies.
- Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients needs.
- Assists clients on post sales service.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**_Required Skills/Abilities:_**
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Knowledge of various insurance products and policies would be added advantage.
- Ability to determine best insurance policy for individual clients.
- Ability to identify and contact prospective clients.
