**Role description**:
We are looking for an Business Process Architect to champion our systems architecture and IT management to support our digital PMO offering. We manage and deliver the world’s biggest and most challenging infrastructure projects, and we use digital to make projects more effective, more productive and more enjoyable for our wide range of users. You will be joining a diverse and fast growing team bringing digital ways of working to transform the way infrastructure projects are delivered.
**Role accountabilities**:
- Undertaking business process modelling
- Reviewing, recommending and implementing systems architecture and IT management for existing and new projects
- Determining the technology system architecture and functional design needed to support and meet project goals
- Assisting management and stakeholders in evaluating the business’ mission and ensuring that the company uses its IT assets effectively
- Documenting the process using multiple architectural models
- Generating graphic representations and abstracts of the system architecture models
- Evaluating existing IT systems for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security or efficiency
- Developing and building models based on The Enterprise Framework
- Implementing shared infrastructure to optimize information management systems
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- A relevant bachelors or master’s degree
- Fluent in English
- At least 7 years working experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Track record in customer satisfaction
- Passionate about new technology, data science and systems engineering
- Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), ArchiMate Modelling Language and Semantic Modelling
- Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
