**Inventory Management**:Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly.
**Quality Assurance**:Work with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods.
Address and resolve issues related to product quality, quantity, or delivery.
**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
**Budget Management**:Assist in developing and managing the procurement budget.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
**Communication**:Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
**Market Research**:Stay informed about market trends, new products, and industry best practices.
Evaluate and recommend potential new suppliers based on market research.
