**Job Summary**:
The Back Office Administrator is responsible for managing and executing a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school's administrative functions. This role involves handling clerical duties, maintaining records, and providing support to faculty, staff, students, and parents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, fees calling, mailing, and filing.
- Manage the school’s front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and staff records, including attendance, enrollment, and health records.
- Manage the school's filing systems, ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible.
- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Input and update student and staff information in the school’s database systems.
- Generate reports and documents as requested by school administrators and teachers.
- **Financial Administration**:

- Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and maintaining budget records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and audits.
- **Communication**:

- Coordinate communication between the school, parents, and external organizations.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and scheduling school events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain the school calendar, ensuring all events and activities are accurately recorded and communicated.
- **Office Supplies and Equipment**:

- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure the office is adequately stocked.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- **Support for School Operations**:

- Assist with the coordination of transportation, field trips, and other extracurricular activities.
- Provide support during school functions, such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and school board meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies and equipment, up to 25 pounds.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typical office environment within a school setting.
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours for special events or projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
