Territory Growth Officer

Job Description:
- Ensure achievement of Primary & Secondary target for the territory
Enhance Distribution network, by focusing on distribution
Enhance visibility of products, through merchandising aids & activities
Implement activities, and Key accounts activities; Implement Launch plan for new products; Focus on Key brands
Organize and plan the market working for self and DS
Identify Sourcing and Training of DS and develop a strong DS talent pool
Furnish reports related to market workings and sales
Ensure Distributor claims process completion on time.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
