About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer that is familiar with the YouTube space. As a thumbnail designer you will be responsible for developing concepts, compositing and designing out those concepts. A strong understanding of Photoshop and photo manipulation will help you to succeed in this position. This role is responsible for making thumbnails for our various Getsetfly channels. Most importantly, we need someone who is a team player and always striving to improve.
- Conceptualize visuals and create customized Thumbnails for YouTube videos that are watched by our 13 million subscribers.
- Generate clickable and eye catching graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Stay up to date with current trends/best practices within the YouTube space.
- Coordinate with the team to make sure we are capturing all assets necessary for the creation of our thumbnails.

Job Specification
- Any Graduate, 1+ years of Photoshop experience preferred
- Ability to use Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Advanced in photo manipulation
- Great understanding of visual design principles and elements
- Working knowledge of graphic/visual trends in thumbnail design
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization
- Passionate about YouTube

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
