Thumbnails Designer

Design visually appealing thumbnails that effectively communicate the content and attract viewers.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to understand the theme, tone, and target audience for each piece of content.
- Create custom graphics, images, and typography to enhance the overall aesthetic of the thumbnails.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all thumbnails while also experimenting with new designs and concepts.
- Optimize thumbnails for different platforms and devices to maximize click-through rates and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in thumbnail design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our thumbnails.
- Work closely with the marketing team to analyze the performance of thumbnails and make data-driven decisions to optimize designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of thumbnail designs for easy access and future reference.

Pay: ₹10,624.36 - ₹50,348.98 per month
