Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Thumbnail Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging YouTube thumbnails that attract viewers and enhance the brand. This role requires expertise in design tools, creativity in ideation, and proficiency in using Hindi text for culturally resonant thumbnails.


Key Responsibilities:

- Design Creation: Develop visually compelling and click-worthy YouTube thumbnails that enhance video content and increase viewer engagement.


- Graphic Tools Expertise: Utilize graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) to create high-quality thumbnails, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.


- Ideation and Creativity: Generate and implement unique, attention-grabbing ideas for thumbnails that reflect trending styles and resonate with target audiences.


- Hindi Text Design: Integrate Hindi text creatively and effectively in designs to communicate clearly and appeal to Hindi-speaking viewers.


- Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation team to understand video themes, audiences, and objectives to ensure thumbnails are on-brand and highly engaging.


- Thumbnail Optimization: Continuously test and refine thumbnail designs based on performance analytics to enhance click-through rates and engagement.


- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with YouTube trends, visual trends in graphic design, and changes in viewer preferences to inform design choices.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in thumbnail design, especially for YouTube or other digital platforms.

- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).

- Demonstrated ability to design and use Hindi texts in thumbnails.

- Strong creative skills, with a portfolio of eye-catching and effective thumbnails.

- Knowledge of design principles, layout, and color theory.

- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with content creators or on a digital content team.

- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and insights to inform design improvements.

- Based in Mumbai with an understanding of local and regional aesthetic preferences.
