**Job Description**:
The Travel Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of client bookings, ensuring smooth logistics, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, to ensure that all client needs are met with efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking Management: Handle all aspects of client bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours, ensuring all arrangements meet the client’s needs and expectations.
- Itinerary Creation: Develop detailed and customized travel itineraries, including accommodation, transport, activities, and any special requests.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicate with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators) to secure the best rates, confirm bookings, and resolve any issues.
- Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing travel concerns, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Prepare and send all necessary travel documents to clients, including tickets, itineraries, and vouchers.
- Problem-Solving: Handle any operational challenges that may arise during the planning or travel process, ensuring mínimal disruption to the client’s experience.
- Post-Travel Support: Follow up with clients after their trips to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in travel operations or a similar role within a travel agency.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations, booking systems, and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation.
