**Job Title**: Guest Relationship Executive
**Location**: Typically at Saket Group sales offices or project sites
- **Customer Interaction and Service**:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office or project site.
- Provide information about Saket Group projects, amenities, pricing, and available units.
- Answer inquiries from potential buyers regarding property features, financing options, and other related matters.
- Assist guests in scheduling property tours and coordinate with the sales team for site visits.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective buyers and existing customers.
- Follow up with clients after property visits or inquiries to answer additional questions and gauge interest.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolution.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and distribute sales agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer relations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new property launches, market trends, and company policies.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks according to urgency.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
- **Working Conditions**:
- The job may require flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules and project events.
- The GRE may need to travel between different Saket Group project sites or sales offices as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,207.03 per month
