**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Location: Surat
- WFO

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify brand differentiation and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop cohesive brand messaging, visuals, and storytelling across multiple digital channels.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvement in the brand's digital presence.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize brand positioning and drive engagement and conversions.
- Identify and implement innovative digital solutions, technologies, and tools to enhance brand visibility and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing and brand management best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
- In-depth understanding of digital platforms, social media, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically, adapt to changing environments, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
