Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning,

the technical experience on managing social media, paid ads and content mix strategically to

maximize results.
- versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how to utilise different channels to get

effective results and revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce

our marketing campaign.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with Google Ads as well as social media platforms and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate effectively accross

all hierarchy.
- Advanced experience using analytics (Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor or similar),

analysing marketing metrics and confidence in presenting the data
- A high level of integrity and honesty in order to earn trust
- The capacity to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Manage time, organise and prioritise, delivering results within set timelines
- A flexible team player who demonstrates objectivity and ‘common sense’

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to come up with innovative ideas

for marketing campaigns within the allotted budgets by clinets

- Create, maintain and drive a content calendar for all marketing channels
- Experience with B2C, B2B social media, Google Adwords and automation tools.
- Analyze marketing data and adjust campaigns as needed to optimize performance
- Manage the company's social media presence
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are supporting sales goals
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, MOZ, Ubersuggest etc.)
- Knowledge of design software (excluding Canva, Visme and similar tols)
- Engaging with customers using social media features such as likes and comments
- Correcting images to align with brand colors
- Cropping images to fit specific sizing for websites and social posts
- Using spot correcting tools to remove background distractions in the image
- Scheduling digital content using digital media scheduling software ( Buffer, hootsuite etc)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
