As a Front Desk Administrator at Edwings Overseas Educational Consultants Pvt Ltd, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, directing them appropriately.
3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
4. Schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations, coordinating with staff members to ensure availability and efficient use of time.
6. Maintain and update client records and databases accurately and confidentially.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
8. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
9. Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations and achieve organizational goals.
10. Uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism in all interactions with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational consultancy or related industry.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional manner.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
8. Fluency in English and Malayalam; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
