Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Relation Executive. With at least two years of experience as a Customer Relation Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our construction clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal project teams. - **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Client Communication and Engagement**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their project requirements, concerns, and expectations.

Proactively engage with clients to build strong relationships, anticipate their needs, and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

**Project Coordination and Support**:
Collaborate closely with internal project teams, including project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution of construction projects.

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring that project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met according to client specifications.

**Client Feedback Management**:
Gather feedback from clients regarding our construction services, products, and overall performance.

Analyze client feedback and implement strategies to address areas for improvement, enhance client satisfaction, and foster long-term client loyalty.

**Issue Resolution and Conflict Management**:
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve mutually beneficial resolutions.

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to address client concerns and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

**Sales Support and Business Development**:
Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the construction industry.

Leverage existing client relationships to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products, contributing to revenue growth and business expansion.

**Contract Management and Documentation**:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, proposals, and other legal documents related to client engagements.

Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and company policies throughout the duration of client projects.

**Administrative Duties**:
Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining client databases, preparing reports, and managing correspondence related to client relations activities.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of two years of experience as a Customer Relation Executive, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and interact with clients at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and industry trends is preferred.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
