Venus Skin Clinic is looking for a proactive and friendly female Admin cum Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step in.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
- Manage bookings and appointments for clients efficiently.
- Maintain and update client records, including contact details, service history, and preferences.
- Handle client invoicing, process payments, and manage financial transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Ensure the clinic complies with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree holder.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage client inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
