We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to deliver superior service to our Resort guests. You will address complaints and make sure our guests are satisfied.

In this role, you should be a brilliant communicator who can stay positive and confident when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a key point of contact for our guests.

Your goal will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves and plan to visit us again.

**Responsibilities**
- Analysis of arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
- Prepare welcome folders (e.g., room service menus, area descriptions).
- Provide information about amenities, areas, and venues, and promote services.
- Anticipate guest requirements and build rapport with guests.
- Address guest complaints and escalate to the manager when needed.
- Record guest complaints and feedback information in the logbook daily.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
