**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- **Property Presentation**: Showcase residential and commercial properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide accurate advice to clients.
- **Negotiation**: Assist clients in negotiating deals and closing transactions in their best interest.
- **Documentation**: Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of buying, selling, or leasing properties.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred).
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
