Elchemy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Documentation Executive to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of export operations and maintaining impeccable documentation. If you're a hustler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on multifaceted responsibilities, this role is perfect for you.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Operations Assistance**:

- **Warehouse Coordination**: Act as a liaison between Elchemy and warehouse facilities. Ensure that goods are stored, handled, and dispatched in accordance with company standards. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to oversee inventory management, quality control, and on-time shipments.
- **Sample Shipments**: Manage sample shipments efficiently. This includes packing, labelling, and ensuring the timely dispatch of product samples to international clients. Address any specific sample-related documentation requirements
- **Delivery Scheduling**: Work closely with transportation providers to schedule deliveries of local vendors to the warehouse and port. Ensure that deliveries are made on time and follow up on any discrepancies.
- **Freight Forwarder Interaction**: Collaborate with external freight forwarders to manage the transportation of goods. Facilitate the booking of shipments, track cargo movements, and resolve transportation-related issues promptly.

**Export Documentation**:

- Prepare, review, and organise export documents, including but not limited to invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and any other documentation required for international shipments
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all export-related documents with international regulations and standards.
- Streamline and improve documentation processes to enhance efficiency.
- Utilise advanced skills in MS-Excel, Word and Powerpoint to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets and reports.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, International Trade, Logistics)
- 2+ years prior experience in export documentation and operations
- Should love hard core execution - rolling up sleeves & getting hands dirty, comfortable to go on the field
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations
- **Working Days**: 6 (Sundays off)

**Location**: In-office (Andheri East)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
