**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Operations**:

- Oversee general administrative tasks, including office supplies management, mail handling, and facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to administrative activities.
- **Business Operations**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support the management team in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operational workflows and optimize resource utilization.
- **Human Resources Operations**:

- Assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage HR documentation and records, including employee files, contracts, and compliance-related documents.
- Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and present data related to operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate data analysis.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Marketing, and IT, to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and coordination of activities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
