As a Retail Salesperson specializing in Sarees, Bridalwear, Dress Material, and Gowns, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service to our valued customers. Your role involves assisting customers in selecting the perfect attire, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Understand customer needs and preferences to guide them in selecting sarees, bridalwear, dress materials, and gowns.

3. Provide expert advice on fabric, design, and styling to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Maintain a clean and organized retail space, including arranging merchandise and displays.

5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

6. Stay informed about current fashion trends, new arrivals, and promotions.

7. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with a positive attitude.

8. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.

9. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting periodic stock checks.

10. Participate in sales events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in sarees, bridalwear, dress materials, or gowns, is preferred.

2. Strong passion for fashion with knowledge of fabrics, styles, and trends.

3. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions.

6. Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

7. Effective communication skills in English and Gujarati.

8. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
