Thorough knowledge and experience in Custom clearance

Package and Packaging Knowledge and expertise

Accountable to check category display, window display and new product presentation for stores

Record and procure specific customer requirements, in order to help teams to achieve high customer satisfaction

Keep track of fast moving products and ensuring that these are never out of stock

Conduct weekly meetings with buyers and store managers/ teams to understand trends and plan accordingly.

Conducts a daily website review and ensures availability of products

Does a daily order review and studies the sales reports to device new strategies for growth in category

Critically examines that no product is sold below cost and the required profitability is maintained at all times.

Reviews upcoming seasons, festivals, events and aligns the category requirements for business

Understands different regional market trends, requirements.

Coordinates with teams and buyers to manage the shuffling process, based on sales and stock movement reviews.

Closely monitors customer feedback

One point of contact with the distribution and dispatch team.

**Skills**:

- Proven Experience of 2-5yrs is a Must
- You should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multifaceted departments, customers, and strategies for the direction and growth of the business.
- The person should have a long-term vision and zeal toward a marketing career

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
