Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ability to crunch numbers and keep track of region’s profit by ensuring the growth of customer base, sales figures, customer satisfaction index.
- Strategizing and ensuring proper execution of business-related plans for their zone.
- Forming sales, distribution and marketing-related activities and ensuring that they are properly implemented in their zone.
- Keeping an eye on target competition and driving progress based on the metrics set by the company.
- Ensure customer excellence for the customer you serve.
- Reviewing the health of the zone and driving additions as and when necessary.
- Good presentation skill with ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance.
- Build on your excellent market / distributor relationships to understand the relevant opportunities and work them to a closure.
- Add new Marquee relationships to the Kenko portfolio and be accountable for their smooth journey.
- Articulate and present the Kenko landscape and how it adds value to each customer.

**Requirements**:

- 4-8 Years of experience in corporate sales preferably from Health, Insurance broking, TPA.
- Good Networking skills.
- Effective communication skills to represent Kenko in the Market.
- Solid decision making skills.
- Knowledge of technology is an added advantage.
- People management skills to work along with a team.
