Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
- Research and identify potential clients, understanding their needs and how the company’s products or services can meet them.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Customize presentations based on the client’s needs and industry.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- **Sales Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system (customer relationship management software).
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and services.
- **Post-Sales Support**:
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with resolving any issues that may arise after the sale, ensuring a positive customer experience.
