Opening : US Travel Sales Consultant - US ProcessResponsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including accommodations, and transportation. Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their travel. Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Collaborate with suppliers, such as hotels and airlines, to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients. Create detailed itineraries and travel packages tailored to clients' preferences and budget. Process payments and handle booking confirmations for clients. Maintain client records and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including different types of accommodations, amenities, and pricing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements and documentation. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online reservation platforms. Knowledge of various destinations, attractions, and travel regulations.
Problem-solving skills to address any issues or changes in travel plans.
