Administrative Assistant
Position: Administrative Assistant
Reporting to: Operations Manager
**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Operations Manager and other departments as needed
Manage the office supplies and inventory, and ensure they are well-stocked
Manage and maintain the office filing and record-keeping systems
Documenting location and quantity of inventory transferred between facilities and working to correct any discrepancies
Preparing monthly reports on cycle count and picklist count
Placing orders and working with suppliers to make sure they’re correct and on time
Managing invoices from suppliers and sending each to Accounting as received
Completing price comparisons to make sure we’re getting the best deal on our materials
Responding to inventory-related emergencies
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Operations
Manager and other staff members
Assist with the onboarding of new employees by providing them with necessary forms and information
Assist with the organization of company events and activities
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Tasks and Activities:
Manage the office supplies and inventory, and order additional supplies when necessary
Maintain and update the office filing and record-keeping systems
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Operations
Manager and other staff members
Assist with the onboarding of new employees by providing them with necessary forms and information
Assist with the organization of company events and activities, including booking venues, catering, and other arrangements as needed
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, such as drafting and proofreading documents, data entry, and research
Metrics:
Maintain a well-stocked inventory of office supplies and materials
Ensure that the office filing and record-keeping systems are accurate and up-to-date
Ensure that meetings and appointments are scheduled and organized efficiently
Assist with the onboarding of new employees in a timely and effective manner

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
