**Responsibilities**:_
- _**Curriculum Development**:_ _Design and develop comprehensive English language and literature curricula that align with educational standards and objectives, catering to students of varying abilities and interests._
- _**Classroom Instruction**:_ _Conduct effective and engaging English language classes, including activities that encourage reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Utilize diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles._
- _**Literary Analysis**:_ _Encourage students to analyze and interpret literary works, exploring themes, character development, and literary devices to deepen their understanding and critical thinking abilities._
- _**Grammar and Language Proficiency**:_ _Teach and reinforce proper grammar usage, vocabulary building, and language mechanics to enhance students' written and spoken communication skills._
- _**Writing Skills**:_ _Guide students in honing their writing abilities across various genres, such as essays, poetry, short stories, and research papers. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their writing craftsmanship._
- _**Literature Appreciation**:_ _Introduce students to a wide range of literary works from different periods, cultures, and genres, fostering an appreciation for literature's cultural and historical significance._
- _**Assessment and Evaluation**:_ _Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to measure students' progress and proficiency. Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching methods accordingly._
- _**Individualized Support**:_ _Provide extra support to students who may be struggling with language comprehension or writing skills, and collaborate with parents and other educators to develop individualized learning plans._
- _**Classroom Management**:_ _Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing classroom behavior, encouraging respect and collaboration among students, and resolving conflicts as needed._
- _**Technology Integration**:_ _Incorporate technology and digital resources into lessons to enhance learning experiences and promote digital literacy._
- _**Professional Development**:_ _Stay updated with the latest developments in English language teaching methodologies, literature, and educational technology through continuous professional development._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field._
- _Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken._
- _Passion for literature and language arts, and the ability to communicate that passion effectively to students._
- _Strong understanding of educational principles, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches._
- _Previous experience teaching Social Studies is advantageous._
- _Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues effectively._
- _Creative and adaptable teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs._
- _Strong organizational and time management skills._
- _Patience, empathy, and dedication to helping students reach their full potential._

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
